Environmentally Friendly

Pursuant to governmental regulations enacted in January 2007, we are all obligated to curtail the amount of waste generated from certain electrical and electronic apparatus.

Blue Harbour Yachting is a conscientious provider of products subject to the EU Directive on WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

The scope of materials we recycle is broad, but primarily encompasses fluorescent lighting fixtures and electrical components. Additionally, we also accept our own batteries, CDs, and printer/toner cartridges for recycling.

As a customer, you are urged to assess your electronic waste for the presence of the specified WEEE logo.

It is strongly recommended that all electrical waste bearing the logo should not be discarded with household garbage, as certain chemicals and metals contained within these items can be detrimental to the environment and human health when deposited in landfill sites.
